Abstract
Based on an ongoing ethnographic research in a neighborhood located in the Metropolitan area of Buenos Aires, these lines describe and analyze the speech actions of treatment in the public health system, oriented to marginalized population, from the perspective of local residents turned patients. According to the anthropological developments on language, words and suffering on one hand and perception and senses on the other, speaking, listening and seeing those in treatment are understood as a set of bodily perceptual and expressive actions. This method being one among various ways for these individuals to express using ordinary language. Finally, due to the ethnographic approach, the speech actions in these treatments are analyzed as one component of a complex cartography that includes unspoken words, the use of words and speeches of others, running out of words, being silenced, acting out some words, demanding the others attention, listening, being heard, and their links to seeing and being seen in the ordinary life.

Las acciones de hablar –y escuchar– en las psicoterapias no sólo son privilegiadas por los propios residentes para dar cuenta de los motivos de la consulta
A través del estudio de las psicoterapias orientadas a poblaciones marginadas se abre también la exploración y la interrogación directa o indirecta acerca de múltiples problemas: el hablar sin decir, decir discursos y palabras de otros, enmudecer, ser silenciados, actuar la palabra, ser hablados por otros, demandar a otros, escuchar, ser escuchados, y sus vínculos con el ver y ser vistos en la vida ordinaria (Das 2007)

El hablar y la palabra: psicoterapias en los márgenes urbanos de la Región Metropolitana de Buenos Aires*. Resumen: Con base en la investigación etnográfica en curso en un barrio del Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, en este trabajo se describen y analizan, desde la perspectiva de aquellos residentes que se convierten en pacientes, las acciones de hablar en los tratamientos centrados en la palabra del sistema público de salud y orientados a poblaciones marginadas. Finalmente, y debido a la aproximación etnográfica y barrial, las acciones del hablar en estos tratamientos son analizadas en una cartografía compleja que incluye el hablar sin decir, decir discursos y palabras de otros, enmudecer, ser silenciados, actuar la palabra, demandar a otros, escuchar, ser escuchados, y sus vínculos con el ver y ser vistos en la vida ordinaria.
