Abstract
Contemporary International Law establishes the right and obligations to guarantee peaceful coexistence among the subjects of International Law, mainly States, and, like any other legal system, it is made up of legal norms, principles and institutions. The development of international law in the twentieth century, it allowed us to visualize that this legal system is composed of different types of norms, although we will only refer to some.
