Abstract
My proposal is to show the elements that prove the unequal relation of current indigenous Law in Mexico, against the neoliberal reforms in energetic matters andin general and its contrast dispossession to the indigenous peoples territories, analyzing the opportunity that the incorporation of the International treatiesopened to the internal order. The consultant right would be the opening for that way. We stand on the consultant right for the zapotec Peoples of juchitan, Oaxaca, Mexico. It will be identified the legal and politic defense from that indigenous people and official opinions will be identified to get politic legitimacy and eventually legal support for the compliment of this right.
