Abstract

Cyberbullying today is a problem within the Education and Social System in which we live and increasingly common is talking about it because of the new styles of communication that have emerged with Tic's changing lifestyle people today. While it is true that bullying as such has always existed, now more often the emphasis is on the use of networks to degrade or abuse people through these new technologies and media that are affected with this problem that has become a problem at the national and global levels. The overall objective of this article is to put knowledge to all the Ecuadorian community about cyberbullying and to know how to act when there is this type of harassment through new technologies, this because many students who are vulnerable to these situations often they do not seek help from professionals for fear of being judged and seek help through other means; to the point that one of the last resources of these people who do not know how to evade this problem can lead to dementia and even suicide. Therefore the social, psychological and moral impact involved harassment by Tic's and the legal scope of these will be discussed with the new provisions protecting the victims of harassment and intimidation by third parties will be demonstrated.
