Abstract

Article is about the nature of the offense in aspect of which extradition is requested. It includes a discussion on the concept of extradition offenses and catalogue of extraditable offenses. It shows occuring doubts in the interpretation of the term criminal threat and representative in this respect the decision of the Supreme Court. It also includes an analysis of used in almost every extradition methods of qualifying offenses underlying the issue of extradition, namely the elimination method, the method of enumeration and mixed method.
