Abstract

In this study, the process of creating an integrated corporate identity as a concept in education management and its importance were discussed. The sense that an educational institution experiences its success and failure as if it were its own, and that an individual perceives itself as an institution and as a whole, is a corporate identity. The fact that a teacher feels himself belonging to an educational institution, perceives the success of the institution as his own success, feels himself as a whole with his institution is a sign that the teacher has acquired a corporate identity. The role of teachers in identifying with their institutions by giving importance to their profession and doing it in a self-given way is undeniable. Teachers have a very important role in supporting the individual development of students, directing them correctly in peer relationships or unwanted behaviors, educating them as independent individuals, and evaluating the learning environment in the most efficient way.
