Abstract
In this study, the importance of the concept of innovative developmental leadership, which is open to changes and development, will be examined by focusing on the theoretical framework of the concept of entrepreneurship as an innovation concept. New projects and ideas cannot turn into innovation and therefore progress without an entrepreneurial leading spirit. If the Decelerations come together with the entrepreneurial leader spirit, the educational value increases. For this reason, the basis of competent innovation lies in a development-oriented central innovation and a dynamic understanding. Entrepreneurial leadership appears as a modern approach that is open to changes and developments, and while it prepares a creative, energetic workplace for the educational environment, it also creates new business opportunities.
