Abstract
The desirability of a constant acceleration vector in the electric field of an electron synchrotron at high currents is discussed. Parameters available for influencing particle dynamics, and perhaps applications to oscillation damping at the beginning of acceleration and to increasing beam current, are described. (M.C.G.)
