Abstract

An eight quark model with left-handed currents alone and with lepton-quark correspondence 1s discussed with respect to various anomalous events in neutrino reactions and e+ e- annihi­ lations. Rising behavior of rir 0irir' and is shown to be interpreted in terms of a dynamical scaling violation with eight quark flavors. .Mixing of charmed quarks with nucleonic ones in our left-handed doublets is important for overall explanations of recent weak phenomena, especially, x distributions in dimuon production. The J/f/; and¢' particles are naturally assigned to new isospin triplet (F = 1) states with different quark configurations. Finally it is shown that there is another interesting possibility of having the rise of IJr' /riT' through b quark production with our left-handed current (ub) L, if the t quark mass is much higher than that of the b quark
