Abstract
The objectives of this presentation are to help attendees be able to: 1) describe the categories of work, and cognitive burden, of electronic health record (EHR) systems in mental health care; 2) understand the options for personalization and localization in EHR systems; 3) develop at least one specific practice change in the participant's EHR that they can personalize on their own; and 4) develop at least one specific practice change in the participant’s EHR that they can implement by partnering with their vendor or local information technology (IT) department.
