Abstract

Background: Intrapartum asphyxia accounts for the deaths of around 280,000 babies per year. Helping Babies Breathe® (HBB) is an evidence-based global neonatal resuscitation training program. HBB utilizes an in-person dissemination model. However, there are challenges to maintaining training fidelity, data collection, and continuous learning and improvement.
