Abstract
Abstract While there have been no major case-law developments in the sphere of public law, the reporting period was marked by legislative and policy efforts aimed at regulating new fields of technology. This trend is evidenced by the recent adoption of two bills on personal data protection and on the use of financial technology in non-banking financial activities. The contents of these bills are examined in further detail below.
