Abstract

In this paper, it mainly considers the objects that e-government services---the citizens. Comparing domestic e-government performance evaluation system with foreign one’s, and combining the characteristics of China's e-government development, it builds up an comprehensive e-government evaluation index system based on citizens satisfaction. The paper adopts AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to give weight to the index. On this basis, it considers to how to design a scientific e-government evaluation questionnaire. Lastly, it applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to measure the government website’s performance as an empirical analysis. From the citizens satisfaction measurement of view, it is helpful to detect the real problems and it has practical significance to promote the level of e-government services.
