Abstract
Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi pada karyawan Taman Wisata Air Wendit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel berjumlah 40 karyawan. Untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi karyawan, maka digunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Penghitungan reliabilitas item skala menggunakan SPSS 24.0, hasil uji korelasi dengan formula Pearson Product Moment menunjukan terdapat hubungan negatif sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi yang terlihat dari nilai r sebesar -.690 dengan taraf signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecil dari phi 0.01. Dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, sehingga ada hubungan efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi karyawan Taman Wisata Air Wendit Kabupaten Malang. Artinya bahwa semakin tinggi efikasi diri partisipan maka prokrastinasi akan menurun, dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi karyawan Taman Wisata Air Wendit. Prokrastinasi kerja subjek dalam penelitan ini tergolong tinggi dan efikasi diri subjek tergolong rendah dengan sumbangan variabel efikasi diri terhadap prokrastinasi sebesar 47%, sehingga masih ada kemungkinan sebesar 53% faktor lain mempengaruhi prokrastinasi kerja antara lain motivasi kerja, stress kerja, beban kerja dan kontrol diri.
 Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and procrastination among Wendit Air Tourism Park employees. This study uses quantitative research methods with a population and sample of 40 employees. To find out the relationship between self-efficacy and employee procrastination, the product moment correlation formula is used. Calculation of the reliability of scale items using SPSS 24.0, the results of the correlation test with the Pearson Product Moment formula showed that there was a very significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and procrastination as seen from the r value of -.690 with a significance level of 0.000, less than phi 0.01. Thus the hypothesis is accepted, so that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and procrastination by employees of the Wendit Water Tourism Park, Malang Regency. This means that the higher the participant's self-efficacy, the procrastination will decrease, and vice versa. The results of the study stated that there was a relationship between self-efficacy and procrastination of Air Wendit Tourism Park employees. The subject's work procrastination in this study is high and the subject's self-efficacy is low with the contribution of the self-efficacy variable to procrastination by 47%, so there is still a 53% possibility that other factors affect work procrastination including work motivation, work stress, workload and self-control .
