Abstract

An efficient and high-yielding approach has been developed for the synthesis of novel β-(diphenylphosphoryl)- and β-(diphenylphosphorothioyl)-enamide derivatives, through the CuI-catalyzed reductive acylation of β-phosphonyloximes, using hitherto unexplored KSCN as the terminal reductant. The reaction proceeds under operationally simple and mild conditions, for a wide substrate scope.
