Abstract

The personal health record system allows the patients to learn more on their health indicator at any moment, but since the resources are stored in a semi-trusted cloud service provider, it is important to maintain data confidentiality while providing granular, scalable and flexible access control. For this reason, several schemes have been proposed. In this paper we propose a multi-authority attribute based encryption with semi-outsourced decryption that is able to provide a scalable and secure data sharing scheme while maintaining a low computational overhead.
