Abstract

Remote state preparation is increasingly becoming attractive in recent years, people have already started theoretical and experimental research, and have made valuable research results. Recently, a scheme for probabilistic remote preparation of a four-particle cluster-type was proposed Wang (Int. J. Theor. Phys. 55, 4371–4383 (2016)). In this paper we present a modified scheme for probabilistic remote preparation of four-particle cluster-type states using non-maximally entangled states as quantum channel. Compared with the previous schemes,the advantage of our schemes is that the total success probability of remote state preparation is increased from (b1b2)2 to 4(b1b2)2.
