Abstract
The asymmetrical Optical Transpose Interconnection Systems (OTIS) and the symmetrical Bi Swapped Network (BSN) are two important family of optoelectronic interconnection networks. This paper deals with the efficient mapping of LaGrange's Interpolation on the variation of OTIS named OTIS Hyper Hexa Cell (OTIS HHC) and the recently reported variation of Bi Swapped Network named Bi Swapped Network Hyper Hexa Cell (BSN HHC). On d h dimensional OTIS Hyper Hexa Cell, 3 d h plus 5 electronic and 2 optical moves is required, whereas d h dimensional Bi Swapped Network Hyper Hexa Cell demands 6 d h plus 8 electronic and 4 optical moves. In later section of the paper, we measure performance of both networks by comparing and analyzing electronic and optical moves.
