Abstract

Isocyanides-based multicomponent strategy for the construction of highly functionalized quinolones derivatives has been developed under mild conditions, in which few derivatives obtained in moderate to good yield. This is a mechanistic study of the carbonyl group of quinolone. A simple and convenient isocyanide-based multicomponent reaction for the construction of highly functionalized quinolones derivatives has been developed under mild conditions.
