Abstract
It is one of the important directions of clean energy transformation and new economic growth point to utilize wind/PV complementary for hydrogen production and hydrogen energy utilization. When wind/PV/hydrogen multiple energy sources are integrated, the DC access and flexible DC interconnection can effectively reduce power electronic conversion links and improve system operation efficiency. In this paper, the concept of multi-port DC energy router suitable for DC interconnection between renewable energy and hydrogen energy is proposed, and the topology of six ports DC energy router is described. On this basis, the energy routing technology for wind/PV/storage/hydrogen multi-energy system is proposed to adapt to wide power fluctuations of renewable energy, covering various working conditions such as grid-connected operation, off-grid operation, etc. The feasibility of multi-port DC energy router for hydrogen production from renewable energy is revealed through the case verification and simulation analysis.
