Abstract
Engineered Extracellular Vesicles In article number 2204031, Jing Zhao, Guodong Yang, Angang Yang, and co-workers develop an extracellular vesicle-based GSDMD-N mRNA delivery system (EVTx), in which GSDMD-N mRNA is encapsulated inside the vesicle, HER2 antibody is displayed on the surface, and sonosensitizer Ce6 is incorporated into the membrane. When endocytosed by HER2+ cancer cells, EVTx efficiently induces pyroptosis and thus enhances cancer immunotherapy.
