Abstract

The article evaluates the data on the effect of foliar feeding and soaking of seeds with different dosages of biological Nanosilicon when grown in ground greenhouses of the Rostov region of varieties and hybrids of eggplant. The data show the effectiveness of the preparation Nanosilicon at a dose of 0.35 g/kg for soaking seeds in increasing the number of fruits on plants for all varieties and hybrids in the experiment with the maximum effect for the Solaris variety and the Pelikan hybrid. When vegetating plants are treated with different norms of Nanosilicon, the Solaris variety and the Pelikan and Fioletovoye Chudo hybrids have a higher indicator. An increase in the norm of the preparation both during soaking and when treating vegetative plants did not lead to an increase in the value of this indicator for all varieties and hybrids. The maximum yield when soaking seeds at a dose of Nanosilicon 0.35 g/kg of seeds is noted in the Solaris variety - 14.8 kg/m2, which is 0.6-0.7 kg/m2 more than Pelikan and Fioletovoye Chudo hybrids. Modern varieties and hybrids against the background of the use of the Nanosilicon preparation for soaking seeds and foliar feeding are less affected by verticillosis and fusarium, reaching a maximum in the Sirenevyi Tuman hybrid. The data obtained indicate a greater efficiency of foliar fertilization in comparison with soaking seeds, and an increase in the dose of Nanosilicon when soaking above 0.35 g/kg and 110 g/ha when treating vegetative plants is not effective.
