Abstract
At the present time the problem of organization permanent storage sites car is relevant due to the high growth rate motorization in the world. For example, over the past ten years the number of private vehicles in St. Petersburg increased by almost three times. Thus, dike parking is a solution to a number of problems associated with a lack of parking spaces in a residential area.This article achieved a complex assessment of the effectiveness a project of this parking.
