The efficiency of LCL cargo transshipment has a great influence on customers. This study is concerned with the problem of transshipment efficiency of port railway container intermodal terminal LCL cargo. Based on the spatiotemporal characteristics of LCL and the characteristics of the goods itself, this paper establishes a evaluation index system, by using the DEA-AHP model and the principal component analysis method with the aid of SPSS, and takes one port container terminal as an example.
