Abstract
Mathematical relations are given for the junction and ambient temperatures, and the overall efficiencies and length dimensions, of thermoelectric systems undergoing heat transfer from flowing media. These results are applicable to such multi-module devices as approach the characteristics of a thermoelectric slab.
