Abstract

The paper focuses on the G20 economies, split into mature and rapid growth markets. The aim is to evaluate their administrative business regulation efficiency in terms of two components: efficiency spread within each market group and differences between the best-practice frontiers of each market group. Data cover the period 2007–2012 and is acquired from World Bank database (Doing Business survey).
