The gestational age in weeks ranged from 13 to 24 weeks’ gestation. Participants were divided in 2 groups; first group on misoprostol and acetic acid and second group on misoprostol only. Results: There is significant difference mean of no. of doses and time of abortion between the 2 groups. Females who received misoprostol and acetic acid had less doses and less abortion time than those who received misoprostol only.
