Abstract
This study explores the green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Neem leaves and Aloe vera leaves, characterized through UV-vis spectrophotometry and scanning electron microscopy. The research has a threefold objective: synthesizing and characterizing AgNPs, investigating their impact on blood contaminated with mercury toxin, and examining AgNPs binding with bio-coated red blood cells. While AgNPs couldn't prevent mercury-induced hemolysis, they effectively bound to RBCs in blood groups B+ and O+, with partial hemolysis in A+.
