Efficacy of organization management in the context of digital transformation philosophy

Abstract

Assessing the effectiveness of organization management is one of the most important economic tasks. It is of particular relevance at the present stage of economic development, complicated by fierce competition, uncertainty in the external environment, shortage of raw materials, globalization of business, and modern challenges. Digital transformation helps to identify weakest and strongest points for Russian and Belarusian companies that find themselves under sanctions and formulate the right approaches to increasing efficiency by eliminating barriers in selected areas of activity. Research shows that today new business models are needed to effectively manage an organization so that manufacturers can shape their potential and value to consumers meeting their expectations.
