Abstract

Opicapone (OPC), a once-daily catechol-O-methyltransferase inhibitor, proved to be effective in treating end-of-dose motor fluctuations in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients in two large multinational trials. We evaluated the efficacy of OPC in PD patients with motor fluctuation according to levodopa's duration of use.
