Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of mossalil citrate tablet combined with flupertixine tablet on functional dyspepsia and the influences on serum levels of motilin motilin(MOT), ghrelin and gastrin(GAS). Methods A total of 104 patients with functional dyspepsia were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table, with 52 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with mossalil citrate tablet(5 mg/time and tid), on basis of control group, the patients in the treatment group were given flupertixine tablet (1 tablet/time and qd). Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The scores of main symptoms(abdominal distention, abdominal pain, early satiety, and burning sensation), efficacy and adverse effects were compared between the two groups. The serum levels of MTL, Ghrelin and GAS were detected in both groups. Results After treatment, the scores of symptoms(abdominal distention, abdominal pain, early satiety and burning sensation) were obviously lower than those of control group (P 0.05). The serum levels of MOT, Ghrelin and GAS of treatment group were remarkably higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusions The efficacy of Mossalil citrate tablet combined with flupertixine tablet on functional dyspepsia is significant, and the regulation of serum levels of MLT, ghrelin and GAS may be related to the efficacy. Key words: Mossalil citrate tablet; Flupertixine tablet; Functional dyspepsia
