After chemotherapy, the ALT, AST and GGT were increased in both groups, and the elevated levels of control group was higher (P 0.05). After chemotherapy, the quantity of CD3, CD4, and CD4/CD8 was increased in both groups (P 0.05), and after chemotherapy, KPS scores were increased in both groups, the scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy had a better curative effect on HCC.It improved the immunity of patients and the quality of life with little damage to liver function.Kanglaite might be a good option as an adjuvant therapy for patients with HCC.
