Abstract

To study the clinical efficacy of high-flexion total knee prosthesis replacement in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly knee osteoarthropathy. Methods: Sixty middle-aged and elderly patients with osteoarthrosis of the knee admitted to the hospital between January 2020 and December 2022 were selected and randomly grouped to compare the various treatment effects of the two groups of patients. Results: The various treatment effects of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with knee osteoarthropathy by high-flexion total knee prosthesis can improve the clinical effect and is worth promoting.
