Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with vitrectomy in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR). Methods The data of 215 eyes 204 cases of PDR from May 2014 to Apr. 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group, 108 eyes of 102 cases, underwent routine vitrectomy; the observation group, 107 eyes of 102 cases, received intravitreal injection of Conbercept 3 days before vitrectomy. The efficacy of the two groups was observed after operation. Results The difference in visual acuity, intraocular pressure, complications and central macular thickness were not statistically significant between the two groups before operation (P>0.05). The difference in visual acuity, intraocular pressure, complications and macular central thickness were statistically significant between the two groups after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Conbercept before vitrectomy can reduce hemorrhage and macular edema during and after operation, and can improve visual function.
