Abstract

According to current guide lines for early stage glottic cancer, conservation surgery and conventional radiation therapy are valid options. For somewhat advanced lesions, surgery, chemoradiation therapy or altered fractionation radiation therapy are options. The purpose of this study is to look at the efficacy and safety of high dose accelerated hyperfractionated radiation therapy alone for early glottic carcinoma including T2 lesions.
