Abstract

A less invasive coronary revascularisation strategy is often preferred in the elderly (>80 years). Higher rates of procedural complications remain a concern in this group due to comorbidity and complex disease. We record in-hospital and longer-term outcomes in this group undergoing contemporary PCI.
