Abstract

Objective To study the curative effect and safety of circumcision with circumcision. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 88 patients with phimosis and prepuce were randomly divided into two groups (n = 44). The control group was treated with circumcision with circumcision. The observation group was treated with circumcision with circumcision. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain, incision healing time, postoperative complication rate, degree of foreskin edema and appearance satisfaction were analyzed. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and incision healing time were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The appearance satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 1 month after operation (P<0.05). Conclusions The use of a one-time circumcision in the circumcision is effective, can reduce the degree of pain and foreskin edema, and less postoperative complications, promote incision healing, improve the appearance of satisfaction.
