Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 69 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in Fenghuangshan hospital between January 2008 and December 2012 were retrospective analyzed,and the treatment experience was summarized.Results Glasgow outcome scale was used to evaluate their efficacy:Five cases(13.5%) had good recovery,17 cases(45.9%) were moderately disabled,10 cases(27.0%) were severely disabled,2 cases(5.4%) were in vegetative state and 3 cases (8.1%) were dead.Conclusions The volume of hematoma and Glasgow coma scale are very important to surgical methods selection,the right operating methods as well as operating opportunity is very important to decrease the disability rate and the mortality.
