Abstract

The present article reports the effects of school principals’ integrative leadership behavior, including transformational and instructional components, on teachers’ data use. Results of a structural equation model indicate signifi cant positive direct and indirect eff ects on teachers’ use of various data. Total eff ects seem to be mainly mediated by teachers’ cooperation activities.
