Methods From August 2016 to August 2018, we selected 64 partial laryngectomy patients of Beijing Tongren Hospital as subjects by convenience sampling. Patients were divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) with the random number table. Control group adopted routine discharge instruction. Results Three months after discharge, the score of swallowing rehabilitation knowledge of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; the swallowing training compliance in the observation group was better than that in the control group; the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) . One and three months after discharge, the scores of WST of the observation group were lower than those of the control group with statistical differences (P<0.05) .
