Abstract
L'activation de la glucane synthetase provoquee par la validamycine est due a l'AMP et au Pi dont les teneurs s'accroissent lors de l'apport de l'antibiotique. L'enzyme est identifiee a la β-1,3-glucan synthetase.La quantite de glucose lie β-1,3 dans la fraction glucane s'accroit alors que celles de mannose lie β-1,3 ou d'arabinose decroissent sous l'influence de l'antibiotique
