Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of vagina operation and laparoscopic ovariectomy on vaginal colonies of patients with benign ovarian cyst. Methods Sixty-four patients with benign ovarian cyst treatedl from July 2013 to February 2015 were selected, and were divided into the two groups according to random number table, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given laparoscopic ovariectomy, the study group was treated with vagina operation ovariectomy. Perioperative related indexes, postoperative vaginal colonies were compared between the two groups. Results In study group, the operation time was(52.2±16.9)min, postoperative exhaust time was (9.2±5.1)h, which were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were significant (P<0.05). Vaginal bacteria count didn’t significantly increase, which in control group were negative. Conclusions Vagina operation on vaginal colonies is simple, has less trauma, the effects of the two methods on vaginal colonies are not significantly different.
