Abstract
目的 探讨噻奈普汀对慢性应激抑郁症模型大鼠海马钙/钙调素依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ(α-CaMPKⅡ)表达的影响.方法 采用慢性综合应激制作动物模型,同时给予药物干预,运用western blot法观察大鼠海马α-CaMPKⅡ的表达变化.结果 应激后抑郁症组体质量(167.30±11.10)g、水平穿越格数(12.88±6.51)格、竖立次数(5.88±3.23)次、修饰次数(7.13±4.02)次,均显著低于对照组[分别为(273.20±15.3)g、(52.00±12.17)g、(23.70±6.95)g、(11.00±1.94)g;均P ＜0.05].应激后噻奈普汀组大鼠体质量(173.60±20.40)g与抑郁症组无明显差异(P ＞0.05),水平穿越格数(24.00±9.48)格、竖立次数(14.50±3.95)次、修饰次数(10.80±2.04)次均高于抑郁症组(P ＜0.05),但低于对照组(P ＜0.05).抑郁症组大鼠海马α-CaMPKⅡ表达明显减少(P ＜0.01),噻奈普汀组与对照组差异无显著性(P ＞0.05).结论 慢性应激时α-CaMPKⅡ表达减少,噻奈普汀通过α-CaMPKⅡ途径发挥神经元保护作用.
