Abstract
Abstract To obtain lower disorder/order transformation temperature of L1 0 FePt alloy films, we prepared the films with adding the third elements (Ag, Cu, B, Ir) and under high Ar gas pressure. It was found the temperature decreases from 500°C to 400°C by adding all of third elements and by preparing under high Ar gas pressure of 250 m Torr.
