Abstract

Teacher-student relationships are the keys to the success of both teachers and students. As part of classroom management, such relationships are the most important factors in determining whether teachers work as successfully. Library research deign is used in this research, to fill the gap the researchers reviewed (11) reliable research articles and (3) academic books. In this study, research population has not chosen because it has done based on library research method. The result obtained in this research by the library research method as a survey is as follow, which are the answer to the research questions. To have good and successful teaching the teachers should have good relationships with students in learning process. Research shows that, strategies teachers use, makes students feel engaged and stimulated to participate in the learning process. The study shows that, student’s positive relationship with their teachers positively impacts their interest and motivation in school which contributes to the enhancement of the learning process. Thus, researchers have found that, if teachers have good rapport with their students it effects on students learning process positively.
