Abstract
A mixed-design experiment compares two brain training/education programs at pre- and post-training phases. Strategic Memory Advanced Reasoning Training (SMART) focuses on training in the use of strategic attention, reasoning, and other thinking strategies. Brain Health Workshop (BHW) focuses on education in general and practical facts about brain structure and function.
