Abstract

In the minimal supersymmetric standard model with R-parityviolation, the lepton number violating top quark interactions cancontribute to the top pair production at a linear collider viatree-level u-channel squark exchange diagrams. We calculatesuch contributions and find that in the allowed range of theseR-violating couplings, the top pair production rate as well as thetop quark polarization and the forward-backward asymmetry can besignificantly altered. By comparing the unpolarized beams with thepolarized beams, we find that the polarized beams are more powerfulin probing such new physics.
