С 2014 г. по настоящий момент времени в России формируется целостная контрактная системе в сфере бюджетных закупок. В статье анализируется действие институционального механизма защиты прав субъектов контрактной системы в Ростовской области за период 2014–2017 гг. На основании полученных данных о решениях судебных органов в статье выявляются институциональные эффекты защиты интересов субъектов контрактной системы, которые влияют на поведение участников квазирынка бюджетных закупок. The article analyzes the effect of the institutional mechanism for protecting the rights of subjects of the contract system in the Rostov region for the period 2014–2017. Based on the data obtained on decisions of the judiciary, the article identifies the institutional effects of protecting the interests of the subjects of the contract system, which affect the behavior of participants in the quasi-market of budget purchases.
