Abstract

To observe the effects of Pro-UK compared with UK on coagulation and fibrinolytic system in patients with acute myocardial infarction and essential hypertension. 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction who needed thrombolytic treatment were randomly divided into four groups (Pro-UK 30mg : 18cases; 40mg: 19cases ; 50mg: 16cases; UK: 19cases). PLG, D-D, t-PA, PAI and Fib before and 2h,24h,48h after thrombolytic treatments were observed. The effect of the thrombolytic treatment and bleeding syndrome were compared. At 2h after thrombolytic treatment,Fib of Pro-UK groups were significantly higher than that of UK group; PLG and PAI of each group were significantly lower, D-D and t-PA were significantly higher than that of itself before thrombolytic treatment; Fib of UK group at 2h after treatment became significantly lower than before treatment but there was no changes in Pro-UK group, all changes got back at 24h after treatment; there were no significant differences between each group in effect of treatment and bleeding syndrome. Pro-UK had little activation on the basic fibrinolytic system, its curative effect and bleeding syndrome were similar with UK.
