Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different LEEP methods on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods A total of 180 patients with CIN who received LEEP treatment in hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects, according to the different treatment methods, they were divided into conization group and circumcision group. The clinical curative effects, cervical regeneration effects, intraoperative bleeding volume, cervical healing time and complication rates were compared and analyzed. Results The one-time cure rate of conization group (92.94%) was compared with that of circumferential group (91.58%), and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The satisfaction degree of cervical conformal effect in conization group (89.41%) was higher than that in circumcision group (87.37%), and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The amount of intraoperative bleeding and healing time in the circumcision group were shorter than those in the conization group (P 0.05). Conclusions LEEP knife ring resection and LEEP knife conization both have good treatment effects, the one-time cure rate is high, the recurrence rates and complication rates are low, and the cervical shape shaping effect is good. For different degrees and nature of cervical diseases, individual treatment can play a better clinical value. Key words: Conization; Loop electrosurgical excision procedure; High frequency electrosurgical knife; Cervical; Intraepithelial neoplasia
